Yosh! Let's-a-go!
Although it shares the same spelling as the name of a certain green and adorable character from the Super Mario Bros universe, the 'i' in 'YOSHI' is often omitted for the simplier pronunciation, 'yosh'!

It is the equivalent of saying 'alright!' or 'okay!' as an affirmation of enthusiasm or readiness. Exclaim it with a celebratory fist-pump and you have the ultimate combo-move to doubly express your uncontainable excitement, whether it's because Japan is finally opening its borders fully, or simply because the Super Mario Bros Movie trailer has dropped.

Yosh! Let's take a look at this month's Postcards from Japan!
